When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and sent from our workshop in San Antonio alazora, Oaxaca. Please wait a little longer to process your order during the holiday and discount season. We process orders from Monday to Friday. The order will be processed within 3-5 working days after the order date and sent the next day after the processing date. Please note that we don't ship at the weekend.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place an order, please wait 3 to 5 working days to process your order. After that, it takes 12-20 working days for delivery in the United States and 15-30 working days for international orders (depending on location).

You want to charge my taxes and customs?

The price shown on our website is US dollar tax-free, which means that once you receive an order, you may have to pay customs duties and taxes. Import duties, duties and related duties can be collected when your order arrives at the final destination and is determined by the local customs. It is your responsibility to pay these fees and taxes, and we will not bear them. We are not responsible for the delay caused by your customs.
